This is one bad hack pack.
Horrible UCE.
dHTTP is still used to emulate gameguard.
Guess what, The UCE only allows you to run one core, as it doesn't support Dual Core Processors (x64 architecture).
"Download the hackpack, go to ‘ moon light engine 1105.1', and run the moon Light Engine 1105.reg file inside of it. This will make sure your settings are correct.
Now, get in the map 'dHTTPd', and click 'dHTTPd.exe'. A window should pop up. Next, open up moon light engine, open (ctrl + o) the cheat table, called wcbrilman_basic.
